3rd step
After accompanied master students presentation, I played soccer for a while, and then I set my ball lifting target as 100 times and 200 times last 2 time, so my target this time was 300 times. I'm kind of proud of myself, because once I tried lifting, I made 300 times by first trial!. which means I will make 400 times next time haha.
